Anyone know where / what this hose attaches to?

too funny. i had the exact same question a few weeks ago. The hose routes around behind the engine, (between the engine and rear seat panel) and then to the nipple on the intake right after the throttle body. In your picture, it would connect to the nipple straight down from your cruise control cable.
