1991 carrera c4 window, heater issues- How do I close the window manually?

Ok I feel like my car has a ghost living in it. If you know what the situation could be please let me know. Heater is going on with switch in off position, when I start the car, If I turn the driver lights on, the heater settles down a little.????? wierd I know. Window switches will not work and the window is stuck in the down position so I need to get it closed --HELP. I know that there is a way to manually close the window but need instructions please please.
If anyone can help me asap I would appreciate it.

I have been out of my 964 for a while but if memory serves me - remove the tweeter near the top corner of the panel and there should be a fitting that a tool from the factory tool kit will fit into. I can't remember if it's an allen or twelve point though,

Check your owners manual to double check my memory.

I read in the owners manual that you use a tool provided in the toolbox. The instructions are, with the tool, to punch a hole through the speaker in the door, behind it should be a crank that can be turned with the tool. As far as I remember it wasn't the tweeter, it's the actual speaker in the door.
