How to check if used 993 has factory LSD
 

Hi everyone.

I just found out recently that my used ROW '95 993 C2 tiptro cab has the optional ABD. Most of the units I see being posted for sale having ABD also have LSD, how do I verify if I have LSD? I tried jacking up the rear tires and turned one side manually, other side stays still.

Look at the white build sticker located under the front trunk lid (also located in the maintenance and warranty book)and see if it shows option 220.

if the other side does not turn with it (in the same direction), then you do not have LSD or the clutch pack in it is completely worn.

I don't have that sticker (used from Japan) and the other wheel won't turn so it means no LSD.
