Cool Squealing parking brake

Hi,

Just got my new (to me) 91 964 and its sooooo nice. Been 28 years since I sold my 912 and man what a difference.

Anyway back to the topic. After a few miles the , I believe , parking brake starts to squeal. If I pull the parking break on while moving it stops for a few moments then starts up again. Has anyone had this problem before ?

A very happy Porsche owner again......

Hi,

Just an update......Finally got around to pulling the squeaky wheel. (L.R) Pulled the rotor and low and behold one of the retaining springs had broken and the shoe was cockeyed. Thats was causing the parking break squeal.......
