On the heat, your CCU might be bad
You need a PS rack
You may need a new alt.

Cabin fans shutting off when heat selected is almost certainly a problem with the rear blower. Check the fuse (should be a 30 amp part) and if OK, swap the oil cooler fan relay from the front fuse box to the rear blower relay in the engine compartment. Make sure rear blower runs when heat selected. CCU will turn off cabin fans if rear blower fails.

If the PS pump is leaking a new rack ain't gonna help. The pump can be refurb'ed.

Lights dimming and coming back on while driving is a sure sign of a bad earth. You need to check the earth straps to the body and the main earth to the battery. Clean and tighten them.
