964 Engine running rough at start-up

Good morning. I have a '91 C2 Cab with 39,000 miles. I have only had the car a few weeks and have been really enjoying it. It has just recently started running rough at start-up. As I begin driving, I can feel that it's not running properly, but after a few minutes, it runs fine. It also does this if the car has been sitting for a while (couple of hours) and the engine is still warm. So, it's not isolated to cold start-up.

Any ideas as to what may be causing this?

Thanks,

Steve
