AC Condensor fan cycles: on 5-6 seconds, off 5-6 seconds
 
I performed the resistor upgrade 2 years ago but this did not fix the condensor cycling: anyone have any other ideas/thoughts?

Did it work properly after you changed the resistor?

I'll check this page: no, the new resistor did not change a thing: still cycles on/off. Thanks Paul,
