Transistors for Final Stage Amplifier...'90-C4-Cab
I've been searching the Internet for some N-channel power transistors to repair
my final stage amplifier...they are referred to as "Tempfet" transistors...typically a Mosfet hybrid. Problem being lead time for new stock is 26 weeks!  Even if I found a dealer with new/old units in stock-I'd have to purchase the full quantity...sometimes thousands! I've been through dozens of dealers , all with the same results. Does anyone here have any of these transistors in their posession? I would be more than willing to negotiate a price! Thanks Again! Tony
