Porsche - Bosch numbers for alternator & voltage regulator.
Hello all,
If anyone has a spare alternator for a 1995 993, could they check a couple of numbers for me? I'm looking for the Bosch part numbers off the alternator and voltage regulator. If these parts also carry the Porsche number, could you include those, just to verify if they are indeed the correct spare parts. If someone has a spare starter, could I get the Bosch number off it as well. BTW, I've checked countless sites and performed a search both here and on Rennlist with no luck. Thanks in advance.

I'm just trying to determine what the technical specs are for the voltage regulator. |

You can get the part number info from the Bosch website .. however here is the info for a 1990 964 C4 ...
alternator (N1 (-) 14V 40/115A) -> Info: 115 EFV OR and Order Number: 0 120 468 125 ... exchange product -> Info: OR and Order Number: 0 986 039 870 I can't see voltage regulator on the bosch list .. what else are they called? .. or can you just read the Bosch part number on your actual part? |

It would IF I had the alternator in front of me instead of installed.
