Resonace flap ....stealth 993 help

I checked the forward vacuum hose going to the resonance flap actuator and now I would like to make sure that the hose going to the actuator if firmly connected and is in good condition. How do I access the flap actuator area?.....I put my arm back there and got it stuck...freed it after a few minutes..

I did install the fuel pressure regulator and the car runs smoother but I still have a dead spot at around 4500k rpm...on WOT I have no explosive power from 5-7K rpm..

No big whoosh sound..
