964 specs
Anyone have the specs on the 964 N/A engine? Suggested fuel rating, mpg etc?
Just curious as to what I shold be expecting on my SC with that engine. Since moving back to CA, my mpg has dropped with the E85 that is all that is available. Just did a fillup and 15mpg seems a bit low. It might have been due to my DME having a bad contact on the power fuse....I'll check it again now that I replaced it.

I can get an average of 25mpg on my 91 C4. Depends on weather I drive like a granny or a hoon.
Big problem is ethanol in the gas. It's not a good idea for these engines. I use Shell 91 octane exclusively as it has no ethanol. |

The 3.6 964 fuel system is not designed for that level of ethanol. I would not even consider running the E10 (10%) in my 964. E85 is 85 %.
