993 with black stone guards?

Hi all, does anyone have pics of a non-black Porsche 993 with black stone guards?

The closest I could find is this, but it's not a 993 nor a coupe.

I'm back to reply to my own thread. Here is my 993 with the black stone guards installed. I'm quite happy with the outcome.

Are those the stick-on or magnetic type? I am considering some magnetic ones in black to go on my speed yellow cab.

I've heard the hardest part is getting the old ones off...

I disagree. I think the black stone gaurds look great!!! The clear ones start to look horrible after a while.

How long is a while? My clears are 17 years old and look great still.

Might look good with some of the new big 17"+ Fuch replicas. As it is, you've got a random splotch of 70's/80's retro thrown onto a throughly 90's car. Needs some more thoughtful modification, if that's the direction you are going to go with it. JM(worthless)O.

Mine is a 97 and they are really starting to show their age... I've only had the car 4 years & don't know how long the clear one's have been on. The car is guards red so the black is going to stand out much more then the OP's. Regardless, I like the black one's better & disagree Crocket & Tubbs will be chasing me around in their replica Daytona Ferrari.
