Throttle response
Looking for help re this question. My 964 seems to have a lazy throttle response. the car is driving perfect and throttle seems Ok but when I blip throttle on pedal or engine it seems very lazy and even seems to miss/not respond if blipped quickly.
Anyone suffer from this or any ideas of remedy? My last 964 was instant and i am a little worried that its not working properly at low revs. Apologies for poor explanation but hope this makes sense? boydyrs |

OK so took the lead out of primary, started engine and ran Ok so think we can presume belt is OK.
Still stumped? |

Tiptronic or manual?
Does this happen when cold, hot or at all temperatures? Other possible issues could be - in no particular order: - Fuel pressure regulator - Fuel injectors - MAF door not moving freely - Vacuum leaks - Cylinder head temp sensor Hope this helps.
