I have patiently waited for 16 days for you ship me the bumber I paid for April 7th. It's the 23rd and you still have not even told me the shipping cost..! You have given me various excuses for this delay but still you haven't told me WHEN you are ACTUALLY shipping it to me! I placed a dispute on paypal to have it resolved trough them or have my money back. You actually have 10 days to either ship it out to me or refund me the money. JP |

He'll ship, just slow. I was also pissed off cause it took him 2 weeks to ship stuff, but after all everything came out good. It is just part of deal

Efran might take a while but he will get it to you. He will also stand by his items as he did in our deal. I would deal with him again anytime. Just reach out to him again.
