Removing rust from rocker arm pinch bolts in the cam hsg???

Doing top end on '92 694 C2.
Still cleaning parts before re-assembly.
Any suggestions how to clean the rust left behind in the cam housing from the rocker arm pinch bolts?
Here's a pic: almost all slots have this deposit.
