New seats = less headroom?

I installed Sparco Milano seats, Sparco sliders and OMP brackets. I decided to do a fit check with my helmet on before moving along tonight. Yup, my helmet hits. Im not tall 5-8 or so. I was in a driving position with a slight recline. Any suggestions?

In my Miata I found I had to eliminate the slider.

Got them to fit. Now having trouble with the harness clip points clearing the inboard recline mechanism.
