front end oil leak

My 96 C2 seems to be leaking oil from the driver front wheel. It's a light brown color so I know its not brake fluid. Could it be from the shock?

Not much to take a picture of. The oil seems to be leaking down the shock and drips of the end where the shock attaches. I will try and snap a shot later.

Sounds like power steering fluid to me. My rack was replaced at about 70000 mi. Check flid level at the resevoir on the right in the engine compartment . I think the fluid will be light brown.

I figured it's one or the other. I did check the reservoir and there is fluid but I don't know what the previous level may have been (haven't checked it for a few years). I have a lift in my garage so I guess I will need to pull things apart to isolate the source of the leak. Right now the fluid appears to be coming out of the shock and it's impossible to really see where it comes from.

Here are the pics. The steering rack is nice and dry as are the tie rod connections and boots. The fluid is leaking down the shock. Not sure if it shows well in the photo but here they are.
