993 tiptronic won't start after 2 years put away in garage

Friend of my has a 993 tiptronic

He has put this car (due to familie matters in the garage for 2 years)

Last week he wanted to put it back on the road tried to start but nothing....

So started with the basics:
-New sparks
-New oil
-New oil filters
-New battery
-New belts
-New fuel and air filter
- Also checked belt on the distributor (ignition) and this small one is also ok
....the petrol seems to be ok also

Car starts now but very poor (seems to run on only 6 sparks..... and can't get it to a high rpm level.... engine dies after ± 20 seconds)

Checked the coils (ohm) and both are ok
Check the Hall sensor and here it gets very strange ..... here we only get 5V were it should be 12V

At the coils (with the key at ignition position) I have 12V on both

When starting .... the engine runs terrible (as mentioned on only 6 sparks)
With a tester I checked ignition on both ignition distributors ( onto the spark cables) and I have NO ignition on the second (secondary) one....

So there is my problem.... I think :-)

Rotors checked and they are on the exact position where they should be.
Also the small belt is ok (as mentioned before)
Spark cables are also in the right position

Can anyone explain the 5V?
And also why is the second coil not responding although it receives its 12V

Anyone had a similar problem

Was either distributor removed? It seems like the timing is off. Check Z1 at tdc. Have you checked if the system throwing any CEL codes in particular P0341?

The twin ignition distributor includes a Hall
sender that is required to acknowledge the
firing TDC position of cylinder no. 1. The Hall
signal is required by the DME control unit to
correlate the knock sensor signals or to control
the sequential fuel injection.

If the fault randomly occurs, it's most likely the result of caps/rotors, ignition wires. If it's continuous, then there's probably a problem with the HALL sensor in the distributor or its wiring.

Unplug then replug the HALL sensor connector on the distributor-maybe it's off or not fully seated.
