PPI needed in Seattle, WA (98103)

Barrier Porsche no longer provides the service of a Pre Purchase Inspection. I am requesting an alternative to complete the inspection of a 1998 911 993.

Any help will be greatly appreciated...

I have known Chris Powell since the early '80's when we were both with Bayside Motorsport. Chris was the motor builder and team manager. I have had him do a PPI on a 964 two years ago, I did not buy the car. He is also one of the PCA Tech Reps. PCA = Porsche Club of America.

I do not know how to use Google...


but you could Google Bayside Motorsport.

For posterity (as I'm sure you've had the PPI done), I had mine done at Squires in Bellevue, about 130th and Bel-Red Rd. Very thorough. I'm getting my 964 serviced at John Walker on Greenwood and about 77th. John is very well known for, and only works on, air-cooled 911's.
