Afternoon Tom,
Capt. Ed here in cyber space saying hello, First I want to thank you for the web content on the pelican web site. I found your name from John's 964 web content for the 911-964 clock issue. I followed David Ream's instruction's and found they were precise and detailed and made it possible for me to fix the air bag gremlin light clock issue. I do have one question and I am hoping you can help me with this as well. Do you know the ECM code to to re-set the clock? After I put the clock back together the airbag/seat belt gremlin light still remains on. I even have a friend/mechanic who has the codes for the 993's and other models, however, he does not have the code's for a 1991 911 964-2 model. He has checked books old and new and can't seem to find the code's. We thought it would be the same code as the 993 models, but it's not. I even thought of disconnecting the battery for a day and see if that re-sets the Air bag/seat belt light issue. Any ideas? Capt. The only way to reset the light on the 964 is with Bosch Hammer or equivalent..
