Is Pelican crush washer the right part?

Last year I ordered crush washers from Pelican. When I went to use them they looked like the wrong part. The 'hole' was too large and the washer did not fit the plug correctly. I assumed I mis-clicked on the wrong part. This year I was sure to order the right part. I received the same, incorrect part.

Here's the issue. The part number is 900-123-118-30 and specifies a 22x27 mm washer. Pelican lists the part as 900-123-118-30-M131 and says its 22x27, but I measure it as 24x27. The ID is 2mm too large.

I talked to customer support. They talked to stock manager who says the part is 22x27. They are sending me 10 more.

I have little hope these 10 washers will be 22x27, but we'll see.

Has anyone here had this same problem? Do you use the 'sloppy' washer? Doesn't seem to me it can make a reliable seal as it wouldn't seat correctly.
