What steering wheel are you talking about? air bag or non airbag?

I will go out on a limb and say no. It might be possible for the air bag wheel with modifications but the 928 used the 944 part number which I know is a different configuration than the 964. The horn contact and clock spring locator is in a different location than the 964. I don't believe the splines are an issue though, but I haven't tried.

Good luck

If your 964 is an 89 or a non airbag model, possibly. 89 c-4 4 spoke wheel was a one year only US but the same as the Euro non airbag cars.
