1994 993 alarm system.
I bought my 993 a year ago happy that I had a car that I could just jump in and go. Not long after purchasing my car the alarm starting going off for no reason disturbing the whole neighbourhood (sometimes in the middle of the night). The only way around this at this present time is for me to disconnect the battery and reconnect every time I use it.
My thoughts are to disable or disconnect the alarm system. I haven't been able to find any wiring diagrams or details of how this can be done. According to the operating instructions booklet the Alarm/Immobiliser System fitted is PA2000, Thatcham T2 Category 1 Has anyone else had this problem, does anyone know how to disable this unit.
