m codes ideas 91 turbo

my turbo has the original sticker in service manual and front hood.
there is lots of lists to find out about this m-codes. no one contains the fist
one or numbers higher than 10000.
car is a german delivered 91 turbo. had 91 (!!!) speedlines mounted
(yes with porsche numbers in the center and production date 7/91)
when i aquired it 6 years ago. i found nothing special in this car. only
about 45 thousand miles when i bought it, first hand car.

so here is the miracle, three m-codes:

09981 13031 13032

any ideas? i am an idiot - sold the damaged speedlines ( instead of refurbish them )
and bought a set of 93 speedlines in mint condition at the same price.
it was a 40thousand $ car at that time - did not think about the year of the wheels.
but why did the car have speedlines? it is said they were available from 93 on.
can this be the numbers?

For model year 1992 you could order this wheels with the 964 TurboS lihtweight

Do you have any exclusive options? 09981 is a special wishes option and could be just about anything unique to your car. Wood shifter, special parts etc?

They did not offer speedlines for 92 in the US. The TSB I have says not to be used on earlier cars but since they offered them on the lightweight 92 I assume that they could have been offered for ROW deliver.
