Which Strut Brace should I buy? Rennline, FVD, Wiechers, Cartronic?

Hello from Germany,

I want to install a Strut Brace on my 89īC4.

Is there a "best Option" out there?

I found these here in Germany, or in the UK.

1. Rennline 2 Point

Porsche Rennline Strut tower brace - SB6190 | Design 911

2. Rennline 3 Point

Porsche Rennline Camber Advantage Strut Brace - SB68XX6891 | Design 911

3. FVD Strutbrace

FVD Onlineshop - 115500337 - Domstrebe 964/993 schwarz/rot - FAHRWERK → Tuning → Domstreben

4. Wiechers Strut Brace non adjustable

Dom- & Fahrwerkstreben : Porsche 964 / 993 (ab Bj. 1990) - Domstrebe Stahl vorne oben | Wiechers Sport

5. Wiechers Strut Brace adjustable

Dom- & Fahrwerkstreben : Porsche 964 / 993 (ab Bj. 1990) - Domstrebe Alu Racingline vorne oben | Wiechers Sport

6. Cartronic Motorsports

Porsche Domstreben | Cartronic Motorsport

I went with a Perfect Power Strut Brace. Solid construction and hides under the trunk carpet.

Perfect Power

No affiliation, just a happy customer.

There's really not a lot of difference between the commonly available adjustable strut braces and they all do the same thing. About the only real "option" is whether it fits under the carpet or is visible. Just find one you like and go for it.

My car came with the Rennline from the previous owner. No complaints. Looks solid, polished, over the carpet.
