Accidentally fried pcb on clock

Through a stupid move I touched metal to back of clock frying the warning lights. Clock still works. Can these be repaired ? I could kick myself for this. Thanks in advance for helping me.

Check with Tore Bergville ( Bergvill F/X ). He's an expert on stuff behind the dash.
