Where to buy replacement fob
Need an extra keyless remote fob for my 95 993 with immobilizer.
Where besides the dealer is a reasonable place to purchase? Thanks. |

eBay seems to be the same fob. I need one also. So far have just been very carefull with mine. Both Suncoast and Sunset Porsche has them under $200. Well documented programming on Rennlist but still looks frustrating.

My one immobilizer went through the wash and worked no more. Bought two fresh ones from Porsche, got the code (for my VIN) and the instructions for programming from the local dealership. Although a bit of APITA, I successfully programed the fobs in probably 3/4 of an hour. The time that it took was mostly trying, rereading, trying again....many times. If you don't have any other problems, the programing is no big deal. Cheers
