Who is the best engine rebuilder in California for 964 engines? Anybody has great experiences with a particular shop? Thx. Q

I would probably go with Jerry Woods in Campbell for Bay Area
SoCal the list is big. Aase. Hergesheimer. VDS. Supertech. TLG. In no particular order, and I'm sure there's more if I thought for a while. I would make a few phone calls and see who feels like a good fit for your needs. Plus, labor rates can be all over the place. One may be $100/hr and another might be $150/hr.

There are quite a few to choose from. Especially for a stock street car engine rebuild.
Jerry Woods Enterprises is awesome-- I was there yesterday. In Norcal there are quite a few others, including RMG Enterprises, Donsautowerks, and Deutsche Motorsport which I know personally. Many others as well. In SoCal, there are quite a few as well. Its probably easier to pick an area based on where the car is located.
