Replacing window switches 964
Hi all,
The window regulator switch of my 964 driver's side seemed to have failed. How difficult is it, to replace the switch and are OEM switches best? Any guidance appreciated! Q |

Switches are a press fit and just pry out. I bought a set of non OEM's on ebay and they have worked flawlessly.
There is a DIY fix on the switch mechanism on rennlist in the 993 forum.

I bought a couple of window switches directly from Porsche and one of them didn't even last a year, so I'm not sure that there's any advantage to buying original P switches.
