993 standard equipment Blaupunkt Munchen RD104?
Hello all.
Could anyone please tell me if the 993 in the USA came out with the Blaupunkt Munchen RD104? (pic below) It was standard equipment here in Australia for the HiFi option. Mine is unrepairable apparently, and they seem to be hard to come by. My guess is they weren't used in the USA, otherwise they would be much more available. My car is standard, as it left the factory, and I would really like to keep it that way. If it is the case that it was just a rest of world thing, I will continue my search in Europe, Japan etc. Thank you. Craig.

Not seen one on a NA 993, have to wonder if radio stations are so different, that these models back then were very regional specific. Can check on rennlist 993 forum there are a few Becker repair locations in the US people have used for repairs.
