After swapping automatic to manual
 

Hi everyone I am restoring my 964 RWB and swapped to manual gearbox. And now I am trying to start the engine but there is no ignition and the fuel pump won’t start. The engine is cranking . Any idea What’s the problem.

crank/flywheel sensor?

crank/flywheel sensor makes a lot of sense as it is right here by the transmission.

I don't have my schematics easily available, but could there be some communications between the transmission and ECU that need to be figured out?

Auto and manuals have different ecu’s at least that is how I understand it

Or at least the ecu’s are set up differently jumpers wires ect
