spark plug boot problem
While changing my spark plugs I noticed a lot of green corrosion up inside the #4 upper spark plug boot (connector). I ordered a new connector. Can you just pull off the old one from the wire and slip the new one on, or is there more to it? I'm new to 993s, so any help would be greatly appreciated.:)

Hello - You can actually unscrew the plug boots from the plug wires. When this is done you can slide the wires through the grommet, then reinstall the wires. This allows for a cleaner install and keeps the integrity of grommet. Hope this helps you a bit.

Thanks
Thanks Dmitry. That does help.
