Has anyone swapped a 94 c4 widebody to NB trailing arms??

Just curious if anyone has done this conversion. Being there are so few 94 c4 widebodies, not sure if anyone has converted one of them to narrow body rear trailing arms. Wondering how it would differ from a 965 turbo? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

i believe to factory 964 RSR used NB arms for deep dished wheels and wider tires in the back. some of the racing 964 turbos later follow suit.

Thanks and yes, I know the RSR used the NB arms and I know some turbo guys have converted. Being that the c4 widebody was so rare, just curious if anyone did the swap or if they can confirm if it is the same as the turbo. Basically, looking for a parts list.

Wide body C4 likely does have the same extended width swing arms as the turbo '91-'94 I have a set of narrow arms slated for conversion on my '91 just have yet to get to that particular project ..

Thought that all were the same?, guess was wrong!

I've gone the other way with no issues

Well, from the responses, it sounds like it may be similar to a turbo swap to NB. I was hoping someone actually converted a c4, but I knew it would be a stretch since there are so few.

Would anyone have a parts list for the conversion?

Although I did not convert a turbo to NB trailing arms I did convert a C4 to a WB and retained the NB arms.

I own both a NB C2 and turbo along with the converted C4? It does require new axles and IIRC new stub axles and Narrow body sway bar to use the NB arms on the WB.

IMO handling of the WB car with narrow body arms is the best combination. You can also fit up to 12" wide wheels in the rear. I run 9.5 fronts and 11 rears currently.

I built this as close to a 3.8RS as I could cosmetically right down to the factory Speedlines.
