Idle issue

After replacing AOS, making sure all vac lines are good, new oil and filter and new filler tube, cleaned MAF and throttle body, idle is normal when cold, but goes up to 950-1000 at normal operating temp. Code thrown is 0507: higher than normal idle. Any suggestions?

Could be anywhere you worked on it.
