996 C4S tires

Guys
Would like some good suggestions for new tires
And experiences
Only really drive in warm months no winters or bad weather.
Factory says the rears should be 295/30/18..
Would 285/35/18 be an issue ..
I really don’t like the looks of the 30 side walls .

Thanks
Frank

With the C4 (and the Turbo) it's important that the front tire be of equal or ideally a little larger rolling diameter than the rears. Otherwise you will create issues for your front differential

I've got 315/30/18s on the back of my 2003 C4S. I'm running 20mm spacers but I don't know my total offset. Wider is better to me. I'm thinking about taking off the spacers and going up to 335s

I go with factory recommendations for the very reason of not screwing up the transmission.

I did Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2s in stock sizes and the improvement over the Sumitomo HTR ZIIIs I had before was unbelievable.
