Question about 17" wheel size for 996 c2

Hi I'm pretty new to the forum & I have a question about getting some 2nd hand wheels.

I looked into the owner's manual for rim size & some suggestions from multiple forums, but it seems people have varieties of rim size working for them, much more than the manual provided, that got me a little confused.

I'm looking into a set of Mille Miglia Cup II wheels, front 7.5 x 17 with tire 225/45ZR17, rear 9 X 17 with tire 255/40ZR17. Will that fit my 996.1 c2 without any adjustment?

Factory size is 205/50 and 255/40. Those fronts you have are about 3/4" wider than stock, but it would probably work. Check Tire Rack for fitment specs.
