Do all 2003 911's have PSM?

Looking for my first 911!

The main targets are 996 and 997's. We have an E46 M3 that we autocross and 'track night' with, and are hoping to add a 911 to complement it.

I am looking at a 2002 and a 2003 Carrera (not S) currently. The 2002 has the 'PSM off' switch, but the 2003 does not. I keep reading that PSM was made standard in 2023, is that correct?

It is standard on all four wheel drive 996, optional on the two-wheel versions.
