996TT loosing boost

I have a ’01 996TT that was chipped so it was running 1.1 bar. The other day I had the check engine light come on because of a faulty O2 sensor. I changed out the sensor and cleared the error, but now I am only getting 0.8 bar. Is this normal? Do I need to reset the computer some how? Or could the drop in boost be unrelated?

0.8 bar is normal for an X50 package turbo. it sounds like it's unrelated. i would do a check on your intake system for any leaks. and check your waste gate solenoid valve to see if it leaks.
