did you ever try the skydock? I'm thinking about going for it tomorrow--at worst it will be a charger and holder for the iphone. I can get radiostations using some apple apps, but i'm hoping the sound quality will be better with the skydock.

I have it on my 997S. Living in LA the FM modulation sucks. Will eventually get new head unit w/BlueTooth,itouch |

i've read about the static hum occurring with the fm modulation. now i'm not sure if i totally understand that bit, but can the fm modulation problem be circumvented by running the skydock through the aux port or am i misunderstanding the 'connections'? Is there a difference? btw, thanks for the quick reply...LA--nice, I was just out there a few weeks ago, venice beach and the bongo fiesta, rodeo drive, sunset boulevard, had some awesome food--Augusta, GA :| What you do out there?
