2003 C4S Tires cupping

Hi All, My Sister drives a 2003 C4S with the turbo wheel option...I think the rears are 285/35/19 and since she bought the car it has had a chronic rear tire cupping issue. It originally had Pirelli pZero tires and I sold her (Goodyear Dealer) a set of Goodyear Eagle F1 all seasons, she had the alignment checked at Tom Wood Porsche in Indianapolis and was told that the rear alignment had been out of specs but 8,000 miles later and her newer Goodyears are cupped on the inside edge again....Anyone have a similar experience?

Thank you,

Toby Maxwell

The lower the "rubber to void ratio" of the tread design especially on the inner edge the more prone the tire is to cupping. There is a difference betwen setting alignment within factory spec range & setting the alignment up to ideal settings for how it is driven.
