997.1 - How to remove the front platic liner in the trunk?
Folks,
Yesterday night I was trying to remove the front plastic cover in the trunk on my 997.1 C4S. That front liner I am talking about is the plastic part covering the brake cylinder and cabin air blower, among other things. I got all the screws out and the thing was wiggling out pretty well. There is one piece of black plastic left, right in the middle of that plastic liner, that refuses to come out. It is some sort of hook for bungee cords and I have no clue on how to remove it. It is the last part that prevents me from taking the whole plastic cover away. Does anybody knows how to pry it open? I would hate to break it. Also, how does one remove the GPS DVD unit from that confined space. Mine is mounted vertically next to another piece of machinery that I have not yet identified. Ok, I figured it out. You just have to tap it lightly from LEFT to RIGHT.
