passenger window will not go to up position
 

1998 boxster 40,000 on car 20,000 on engine

Passengers window will not go up at all, can hear two clicks when I depress center
console switch, I have exchanged window switches they are good.
the problem occurred after a safety check emergency flasher lights A/C on etc.

First that there it's no water on the floor behind the drivers seat. ..the alarm module is under the drivers seat and the windows go through it.

Second.....where the Conv top latches above the windshield there is a small micro switch....push it up with your finger and make sure it clicks...

Those are the 2 immediate things which can keep the window from working.....short of something being unplugged or broken
