Please help 01 boxster s cranks but doesn't start
 

Hey guys new to this forum just picked up my first Porsche and pretty stoked only problem is it won't run!!! Vehicle cranks fine and sounds like it wants to start but just won't. I'm a dodge tech so I have some experience with German cars (cross fires) haha I know they are a joke. I've checked fuel pressure but have not checked for spark yet. The gas was bad so I drained and cleaned the tank but 5 gallons of premium in it. I've gotten it to start twice but it dies out after about 5 seconds and will not restart. I do have a p1397 code and have replaced the cam sensor but still no luck. I've checked voltage at the PCM and I have reference voltage with KOEO. Any help or direction would be great thanks guys
