difference between manul and auto engine

Is the M97.01 3.8L 997 engine the same for triptronic and manual cars?
Same mounting holes for flywheel? oil pumps etc?

The basic engine is exactly the same; there are extra hoses, brackets and sensors on the automatic cars, but all that is bolt on stuff.
