New Daily Driver: 997.2 S or keep my E92 M3

I have an 08 E92 M3 with 83k miles. I've had it for 5 years and really like it. It is my daily driver plus I make a lot of trips between Atlanta and Huntsville Al. Since the milage is getting high ive been thinking about something newish. I'm also worried about the potential rod bearing problem on my M3. I found two 911s I like but looking for some opinions. The first is an 2009 S Cab ($58k) with 30k miles the other is a 2011 S Coupe with 17k miles ($63K). Both are loaded with sport chrono. How many use a 997.2S as a DD?

I also have an 86 Targa that I've owned for 26 years.

Correction. The Cab is $55k not $58k.

My DD is a 2011 S Coupe that I put about 18k miles on last year taking two kids ages 12,and 9 to school everyday,I go shopping for the family occasionally, always use for my office products run.I can not speak to the M3 never having owned one,but the 997 I can say with confidence is a great DD and I expect will be for many years for me if I can just figure out a way to get the kids to stop growing.

If it is an option, I say keep the M3.

I regret selling my E36 M3 sedan. It was an amazing daily driver. Not to say my 996 isn't, but having a few extra doors really helps with hauling gear and extra passengers with ease. *Edit* Having said all that, they are two very different cars but both I would confidently drive daily.

For what it's worth, my 996 is a daily driver. A lot of people ask why but all I can really do is shrug my shoulders, smile, and drive off.
