Thanks to website Pelican is really helpful with end-user tips. I replaced 2006 997 right window regulator without difficulty using info from this site. Can only add that you must adjust the window stop located on the forward riser rail for car model BEFORE installing any replacement to the 4 point screw and bolt fixation points. Also, make adjustments to the window set screws similar to what the OEM part looks like regardless if after-market replacement is used. Check out the opposite window fit, door handle lift action on window and fully closed window to get better feel of how the window clamps should initially be set. I did not make any fine adjustments afterwards through door bottom adjustment sites. Finally, just disconnect/re-connect airbag electrical-No FEAR. Get at least one package replacement door panel push tabs for breakage during panel removal, and ALL 9 tabs should be located on door panel before replacement, not on 997 dry zone panel. If replacing door woofer, no speaker dry zone so Crutchfield may have backing to protect new speaker from any moisture.

Very good input, and excellent advice on getting replacement clips. That will make the job much less stressful.
