Car starts and drives normally, fuses okay, rad level okay but after reaching operating temp 90C, light flashing....could both front rad relays both faulty? Check the coolant level. If the coolant level is OK the engine compartment purge fan or engine compartment temp sensor could have a problem.

As you already know the dash light will blink for one of three conditions.
1. Coolant is low in the expansion tank, could be a bad sensor at the tank...
2. Engine room fan not working
3. Engine room temps too high

Some where there's a breakdown on which item is not working by determining how the dash light flashes. Maybe the owner's manual, Bentley's, or?

Have you canceled/erased the fault light with an OBDII reader. You can buy them at Auto Zone, a good thing to have on board your car. I got a middle priced one for $90.00.
