Give us your input on our shipping time/costs!
We are always trying to improve your customer experience and would love to get your thoughts on this.
Would you rather have a product ship immediately for a higher cost or wait 4-5 days to ship for a lower cost? Which is more important to you? The cost difference is 10% to 20%. So, it’s pay 10-20% more to ship immediately, or save 10-20% but wait 4 to 5 days before the product ships. Actual ship time would be the same, this is just a matter of when the product first gets out the door. The way things are set up, it has to be one or the other and we are trying to decide which is most important to you. So chime in and let us know your preference! *Please complete the poll above* |

In an age when companies like Amazon.com can deliver orders (including car parts) in two days without any shipping charges, and in some markets the same day, your question seems almost peculiar.

I agree, strange question...
If it is truly "in stock" at your physical location as advertised then there is no reason it should not ship same day if order placed by "XX" time in the afternoon. That shipment should occur at your standard shipping rate, whether free or not. But it seems the question rises from parts that may be advertised as in stock but are located at your supplier's warehouse? If in stock inventoried parts take 4-5 days to ship things aren't adding up.... that sounds like they need to be sourced first, hence immediate shipment may cost you more hence a desire to charge more. Yes?

I agree entirely with JFP in PA. Very strange that we have been asked this question since Pelican and related P-car and BMW parts providers now are clearly competing with the likes of Amazon in a major way.
