early 996 accelerator cable problem
1999 996 throttle cable seems to be too short after installing the new Rennline hinge on the pedal. At rest, the cable won't allow the spring to release all the way to the stop. About an inch too short? We have checked for freedom of movement all along the cable.
The new hinge is a nice piece, replacing the factory plastic unit. Any help out there? |
