HI I think I may have timed out the top while replacing the latch motor assembly. The top worked fine until I fixed it! Any ideas on how to reset the top so it will work? Thx!

You could try a battery reset, or by pulling the fuse for the convertible top system for a while. Also double check to make sure all the pre conditions are met...don't forget the parking brake needs to be pulled and indicated as on in the instrument cluster, and engine lid must be closed.
